Book A Free Appointment Or Consultation

Clients can book an online virtual appointment with us through our Calendly calendar.  By clicking the “Book an Appointment” button, you will be redirected to our Calendly calendar where you can choose the date and time you want to book based on our availability.

You will receive an email confirmation of the appointment to confirm it was booked.  We will call you by phone on the appointed time for the meeting.

Appointments can be for an initial consultation related to any of our services or for follow up consultation where we will clear issues or questions about your case or to review your draft return and to complete it.

For first time tax clients, after the initial consultation and you want to proceed, we ask that you sign an engagement letter which is your authorization for us to access your data.  We need this returned by email or mailed with your other documents.

You can mail, email or upload your documents in our Document portal, whichever you prefer.  We normally ask for the following documents from you:

  1. Signed engagement letter
  2. Copy of you and your spouse’s Driver’s license
  3. Proofs of income (W2s, 1099s, Profit and Loss Statements for businesses, K1 Forms, etc.)
  4. Proofs of deductions and exemptions (Mortgage Statements, Property tax receipts, Charitable contributions, School tuition forms, taxes paid, etc.)
  5. Dependent’s IDs and particulars
  6. For first time clients, a previous year’s tax return is also required.

After the first draft of your return is internally generated, we may ask you for additional documents or information so we can complete your return.
